We recently had our upper sewer lateral replaced by Trenchless Titans. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every aspect of our experience, from the guys being on time, start to finish, their excellent communication on site and their cleaning up and thoughtfully restoring our yard was exceptional. The folks in the front office are easy to reach, provide good information and are consistently helpful. Overall, the experience was absolutely 5-star, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I don't write many reviews, but really felt I needed to tell people about the wonderful experience I just had with Trenchless Titans. They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST. We called them for a service and after scoping our sewer lateral, they told us the service wasn't necessary. That saved us hundreds and we would've never known differently. Chris was so understanding about budget restraints and wasn't pushy at all! With integrity like this, we will definitely be using them for all future work.
We needed fast, dependable and reasonable work performed at our residence. What had been previously estimated about our situation, was going to break our bank but seeing the orange vehicles driving continually around our neighborhood, I took a chance and decided to call this company. When I explained the current delima and the fact that though we may live in one of the most affluent areas of what is deemed as exclusively financially viable, we were a old marin family that was not of those kind of means. The person on the other end was a family member of this family business that too, was multi generational from marin and made me feel assured that their company was compationate and would work with our budget. Well, I am happy to say, they luved up to what they promised amd made the day. I highly recommend this company above all others, and that goes for those good Ole boys that have been here for over a hundred years amd have monopolized marin, because I have used them too, and say, Trenches Titans, your the best.
As a over 24 year real estate agent, it was so refreshing to work with such a professional company. Had a last minute need for an inspection. They answered the phone at 730AM, was able to get out to help us with an inspection by 11AM and had the report in hand by end of business next day. The inspectors that came out were knowledgeable, courteous to the homeowner and a delight to work with, Highly recommend.
Company does not take responsibility for their actions. Driver did not stop to see if I was hurt or handle accident properly. Now is saying that they won’t take responsibility for their faults. If they do this to me they will not take responsibility for anything. They are not a business of integrity or accountability.
