I have designed and built 2 homes and renovated 2 others. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and most are fair to good. Rarely, have I been able to call any superb. But Healdsburg Plumbing is a rare find. They are new to town and are we ever lucky. Albie and Tim are unusual in many ways. Not only are they competent, efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and expert at what they do, they were always on time, left the place immaculate and charged a very decent fee. But that’s not all folks!! They were the nicest, most accommodating, friendly, polite, helpful plumbers I’ve ever met in my life!! I truly could not be more impressed. Albie even noticed a light that was out high in my ceiling and he offered to change the bulb for me. What workman looks for way to go above and beyond expectations in today’s world? Clearly, Albie and Tim do! I endorse them whole heartedly!!!
Very professional service, great customer service and perfect communication. Albie provided timely updates on his arrival and was at the house exactly when he said. We were grateful for his recommendations and help with replacing old water lines that were on the verge of failing in addition to installing a faucet. We greatly appreciate preventative measures especially when it comes to preventing leaks. In addition, he helped troubleshoot another faucet. We highly recommend his company and his services.
Albie and his team went above and beyond to get my outdoor bathtub not only functional, but comfortable and easy for me to use. They problem solved and worked together to navigate my unconventional set-up, and I’m so happy with the results! My experience with Healdsburg Plumbing was all around extremely positive and I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the Healdsburg area.
Albie, with Healdsbug Plumbing, is fantastic. The toilet bowl we ordered for him to install came with a crack. He dealt with the company, picked up another one, installed it and took away the old ones. We Recommend him highly and are so lucky to have him in Healdsburg.
I had an excellent experience with Albie at Healdsburg Plumbing. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He did some leak detection work (none was found) and performed a quick repair to the hot side of a faucet. I appreciate the free one-hour of time he provided and will certainly call him for my plumbing needs in the future.
