I interviewed 4 plumbing companies to replace two rusted cast iron cleanouts and a rusted cast iron drain grate in advance of a garage floor resurfacing project. The solution offered by the Heise's Plumbing manager of my project, Tomas Suchocki, was the most innovative, practical and cost effective of all. Tomas and his crew arrived on time and did the work to his and my specifications. I will use Heise's Plumbing and Tomas for future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to family, friends, and neighbors.
Mike was able to schedule someone for me to come very quickly on Monday and Thomas came twice first time he tried to fix. Didn't work the first time and he came back again and spend an hour and a half fixing it. Both of these guys went above and beyond to get my problem fixed and of course it's working now. After I called the second time Thomas came out almost an hour later which is to me unheard of. If you need your furnace or water heater fixed call these guys you will not regret it.
I had a completely positive experience. I was able to book a drain clearing within a few hours of my call, the tech arrived on time and cheerful. He took my input seriously and took care of the issue swiftly and left things tidy. Very positive experience.
Erick and Jordan did a fantastic job replacing old rusted leaking pipes in the bathroom (shower) interior, in the basement and exterior of the building. They are experienced, skilled and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing. They both are very congenial and service oriented. It was a pleasure to work with them. I will definitely ask for them in the future! Satchiko and Xandra were both great at helping me schedule the full day of work that needed to be done, answered all my questions when I called several times and helped me coordinate meeting Erick and Jordan to show them a last minute toilet issue. Thomas was very skillful when he came to give an estimate. He has a keen eye and showed me potential issues I hadn’t noticed. I’m very satisfied with Heise’s work!
We called Heises at 7PM with a serious leak under the kitchen sink. They sent someone out in under 2 hours, who did a great job replacing the pipe and explaining the process. Very reasonable price and great service.
