Wonderful company! I work with Henson Plumbing on a regular basis and I have never been disappointed. They are efficient workers, they have excellent response times, and they prioritize customer satisfaction. The owner, Mike, is always ready to help even if it means a longer day for him. Teresa, in the office, is always so positive on the phone. She makes you forget that you are having a plumbing crisis 😂 They have helped me out with so many last minute/emergency plumbing repairs, I am very thankful to have them as a vendor.
PGE informed me that I had a gas leak (my side of the meter) and that the earthquake valve needed to be replaced. I called Henson plumbing and the job was complete within two hours of my call! Incredibly fast response. Mike was very knowledgable and courteous. I would not hesitate to call on this company for all plumbing needs.
Called several plumbing companies to see if they work on plumbing manifolds and most companies did not want to touch it and others were so expensive. Mike was knowledgeable and came out to give me a quote. I can tell he knew what he was taking about and had a crew out the next morning. They quickly replaced my manifold and had me back in operation. Henson plumbing is now my go to plumbing company. Great job Henson Plumbing!
We called and they immediately helped us figure out what was needed and at a price that did not break our budget. They arranged an appointment in a couple days. Their plumber arrived well within the service window, and got right to work. He was friendly and professional, and clearly/completely answered questions that I had with a smile and without stopping his work pace. The finished work was completed in a timely manner and looks great, and we are very happy with the result. Henson Plumbing was timely in their responses, on time during the service day, and no complications with the bill (what they said I would owe, is exactly what was on the invoice). Thank you, Henson Plumbing for taking a ton of anxiety out of my day, and for working with us to find an affordable price. We happily and confidently recommend Henson to our neighbors and friends for any of their plumbing needs.
Our kitchen faucet broke without warning in the evening forcing us to shut down our plumbing overnight for the entire house. In the morning, Henson was able to respond even though they were very busy and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Thank you to Henson Plumbing and the plumber, Ulises.
