I needed a specific part and they had it, just not in the color I wanted. They did check to see if they could order it and get it over the weekend. They also warned me that it would be very expensive, and it was 4 times more just for the different color.
They were honest and quick and responsive. I appreciate that.

This is one of the only plumbing supply stores where all of the people there know what they’re talking about when you need a unique part for a tricky project, and you don’t have to wait for your part to arrive because they have it in stock! Plus, it’s the most affordable supply house in the Bay Area.

Great store, and the only store miles willing to sell me Soft Type L copper pipe for my water main by the foot. I only needed 3', not 50 and they saved me a lot of money. Great service too!

Huge inventory of plumbing supplies, reasonable price and very friendly employees. Definitely my go to to avoid the craziness at Home Depot. They also seem calm on a weekend which is another huge plus.
