I had such a pleasant experience with Hydro Plumbing and Rooter. I found out the floor leaking issue in a Saturday night and was so thankful Jose could come quickly to assess the issue next day, Sunday. Then in Monday morning he brought Carlos to detect the leaking. Although their equipment cannot locate the cause and I will need to get help from a leaking detection company, I am impressed about the excellent customer service and communication I received from Jose and Carlos. Therefore, I give a 5-star to Hydro Plumbing and Rooter Inc. Added additional service on 5/18/26 I finally found out the water leaking issue from a leak detection company. So I called Hydro Plumbing & Rooter for help. From the time I called to the time the issue got fixed, it took less than 2 hours. WOW, another quick response and good service!!!
I called Hydro out during one of the recent heavy rains to unclog a gutter drain that was creating flooding in our garage. Access to the drain was extremely challenging - it was at the bottom of a light well accessible only from the roof two stories above or by climbing through a window from a second floor bathroom. Jose was willing to give a try at climbing through the window. This may not sound like a big deal but think about it - totally non-standard access that is frankly a real pain in the patootie. I appreciate that he was willing to go the extra mile for us and through it all be completely professional, effective and conscientious.
We needed service right away. Jay from Hydro Plumbing was fast and friendly. He had to replace a rusted part that broke during the clean out, which raised the price of the service but we feel it was worth it, plus he threw in a quick adjustment on a fussy toilet tank valve.
