**Highly recommend** and here is why: I cannot speak highly enough of In Demand and their team. I have worked with them for Plumbing and HVAC help. Both departments were so good I am going to give a review for each. First Plumbing. I first found In Demand for a previous house and they were a fantastic help for getting a faucet replaced that was rusted over. Very professional, efficient, and a reasonable price. We have recently moved into a new home and o man there was a lot of work that should have been done that wasn't. Jesse was the first one stuck with me and went through the entire house to help identify what the issues we knew about were as well as ones that we should be aware of. Very patient with me, explained things well, and fixed everything up so my family can use all the plumbing with confidence. I also learned the hard way that you aren't supposed to put egg shells down the disposal. For that one Vince was stuck with me. He was very nice, got things cleared up, and checked the area beyond my screw up thoroughly while he was in there to make sure there were no other issues I caused. For the second part I would like to also give a lot of gratitude to Ben C. at In Demand helping with HVAC. This house has a lot going on, new unit with issues, trying to use home warranty, and more. Ben has come multiple times now and really took the time to figure out what was going on, explain it to me, and help me work with home warranty to get things moving along. AND!!! Anytime I call In Demand Jasmine answers and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always a pleasure to speak with. I signed up for their maintenance plan and recommend you do the same if you are a homeowner. Seriously fantastic. Don't know what I would do without you guys. Be wet and hot I guess and I am very glad my family doesn't have to suffer through that thanks to your knowledge and expertise! Really really appreciate. Thank you to all of you for helping to make our house a home. I can't recommend you enough but I'll do it every chance I get. **Highly recommend**
Vince and Franco from In Demand Plumbing replaced our old hot water heater recently after the technician who flushed our old 13-year-old hot water heater notified us that a part was sticking. They did the job efficiently, and they were friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything before and after they were done with the job. They picked up after themselves, and everything was in good shape when they left. In Demand Plumbing yearly flushes our hot water heater, and the company has provided services for us for many years now.
Had an issue with the shower in the hallway called for an appointment. Got an appointment the same afternoon, Matt arrived and assessed the problem and will be back at my availability to fix the problem. Second time I have used in demand plumbing, very happy with the job they do.
