More recently, terry came out to fix a leaking shower faucet. He found that the handle was broken inside, reset it, tightened everything up, and stopped the drip. He also gave me the part number so i could order a replacement handle, and he did all of that at no charge. that kind of honest, helpful service is rare. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and friendly. It really felt like they cared about doing the job right instead of pushing extra work.
