We hired JB Rooter and plumbing to repair our sewer line and fix a broken pipe in our kitchen. Jerry is thorough in his evaluation, provides honest feedback and options and quotes very fairly. The workmanship was superior, communication was high and he’s pleasant to work with and not bothered by all of my various questions. He and his team did an amazing job and without hesitation would I recommend him to my closest friends and family. Thank you JB Rooter and Plumbing for an excellent experience in a situation that for other companies could have gone sideways as they were quoting blindly vs JB who took the time to understand where the issues were and provide a clear assessment.
Jerry did an incredible job installing a water filter for us under the sink. We weren’t sure if we had enough room, and he was able to make sure the space accommodated it. He was super fast and installing it, and he went to the store and got the missing equipment that we needed. Once installed, he also made accommodations after the fact to cut the wiring and reinsert another mineral dispenser. Will definitely be calling him again! (This was our second time by the way. First time, he was one of the few who would crawl under the crawl space!)

The short answer: We wished all our experiences when hiring a home repair professional was more like our experience with JB Rooter and Plumbing. The long answer: We contacted Jerry while looking into replacing our long outdated water heater and to assess the cause and severity of the leak in our shower. Jerry was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient when we shared our concerns and was thorough in walking us through our options. He focused on safety, accessibility, and functionality in regards to our water heater and didn't waste either of our time trying to sell us one with "premium" features. Just a good quality water heater that fits our needs and one installed expertly, cleanly, with all the needed parts easy to reach. He also patiently walked us through its maintenance and usage. The same with our shower leak, rather than going for the quick and simple fix, he listened to our concerns and took the time to check for unseen water damage or leaks. (luckily there weren't any!). All of this happened during several visits during the week, in which he was easy to contact and responded to any inquires in a reasonable time frame. Electronic documentation was provided for all stages of the process as well. Thank you again Jerry!
