My hot showers had become luke-warm almost cold 🥶. I checked my Rheem water heater and the blue light was now a red flashing 7 times. I called Rheem and luckily the water heater was still under parts warranty 😉. They said they would send the parts. I asked, “Who is going to install them?” I was told I would have to find a plumber to install the parts😳. I was sent a list of plumbers but before I received the list, I called the company that installed the water heater. They said it would be about $400 to come out when the parts arrived and then I would be charged hourly (2 hours minimum) 🤨. When the parts came, I checked the list Rheem sent, I called JC Plumbing and Rooter and left a message. Jose promptly texted me back and gave me a quote for the repair (one price) and it was very reasonable 🥳. The day of the repair, Jose kept me up to date on his arrival time as he completed other jobs. He and his team came in and got to work (professional, friendly, and insisted on wearing booties over their shoes). They finished within an hour. And since I had a plumber in the house 😬, I asked if he could take a look at the tub drain (my repair wasn’t working). He did and made a quick correction to my attempt and the issue was fixed. I will call JC Plumbing and Rooter for any plumbing issues I have going forward. If you are looking for a good, honest plumber, give Jose a call. I’m glad I did 😊!
Amazing service! Came out on a warranty call when the water heater went out. Very quick to get us on the schedule; great communication and really helpful trouble shooting some stuff over the phone with me. Highly recommend
Needed assistance with my shower, the water temperature wasn't adjusting. I tried to DIY via YouTube but I was missing a tool. I looked for a plumber in Hayward and so glad I found JC plumbing. He not only talked me through the repair, he was patient in helping me identify the parts and tool I would need. I decided I wouldn't DIY it and thankfully he was able to take me the same day! The repair was quick, the price was fair, and I felt pleased with the work and future recommendations! I give them 5 stars!
Highly recommend JC Plumbing for tankless water heater installs! He arrived promptly and gave me accurate ETAs prior to arrival on day of installation. No hidden costs or additional costs came up. Fair price for excellent work. Very professional with explaining my options and what suited my house needs for a tankless system. He came back a week later to patch up part of the area he worked on and checked if everything was working as advertised. A+++
Would absolutely recommend Jose and JC, Plumbing & Rooter. We did a big remodel 23 years ago and at this point all of our plumbing needed servicing.- toilets, showers, kitchen, sink, and hot water heater. Jose was able to take care of it all. Super nice guy, professional, and very trustworthy. He was recommended by our neighbor. So happy we went with him!
