Thank you for the plumber/electrician team who installed our system. I ca unfortunately recall Mario the electrician, but the plumber did an excellent job also. The work started 10:30 am with the removal of the old gas powered water heater and preparation for installation of a new 65 gallons heat pump electric water heater. Work was completed by 3:00 pm. This included clean up. Excellent work and pictures of the final results included. Highly recommended, provided the most affordable option among four competing contractors who bid o this project. Please consider them for your next project. You will get excellent results anc get the best value for your investment.

My water heater was 14 years old and barely heating the water—showers would often turn cold after just a few minutes. JetPipe Plumbing gave me the best price to install a new Bradford White water heater and an expansion tank. Since they are a local Sunnyvale company, they easily handled the entire permit application process with the city for me. The installation took less than 5 hours, and JetPipe also helped schedule the city inspection. The whole process was incredibly smooth. My water heater went out on us. I live in a mobile home. There’s special permits & a process to get a new one installed. Stephen & Eduardo from jet pipe were very professional & skilled at helping me thru this process. They did a great job cleaning out the space too. I’m still waiting for the inspection but I’m sure it’ll pass. It’s a top of line new water heater. I don’t take hot showers for granted. I am very grateful for Jet pipe for giving me a great deal.
