New to the area, we’ve used several different plumbers over the last few years. I’m happy to say that I will only use JR’s from now on. They do a great job and they are reasonably priced. The workers are very knowledgeable and capable, finding solutions without over selling. And their receptionist is a treat! She is super efficient, a great communicator, and so friendly. No matter the issue, she makes me feel like everything really will be okay 😃
This is a great company to work with if you experience issues with your water heater! They are super responsive and very customer focused. The technician who came to our house, Scott, was really professional and super cool. He took time to fully explain the work/repairs he had to make and was very thorough in his work. We are very happy with the repairs and we're back online with hot water which means my wife is happy again! :)
Paid $368 to snake a drain from the kitchen sink clean out port. Cleared the drain fine. Responsive customer service. Giving three starts because the tech accidentally turned a gas burner on and it was lit for a whole day. (We weren’t home when he came to snake the drain.) Thankfully, no major issues other than a really warm house and wasted $$$ on gas. Shame on me perhaps for not checking on the house directly after he was done. But thought it was worth noting.
