They sent Dario out to clear our kitchen drain. He called shortly before he arrived. Accessd the problem and went right to work clearing the clog. He gave us tips on how to prevent this going forward. Cleaned up everything and was on his way. Great price for honest service
Cannot say enough about the professionalism and skill of this company. Long story short, I live in an old house with old pipes and had a clog in the bathroom tub. Frankie came out, was super professional, answered my questions and got to the bottom of the issue, i barely knew he was there. It was not a simple job and Frankie made it seem like it was nothing. Called on the weekend when we noticed water coming into the room backing up to our water heater closet. The tech came as soon as he finished with a prior customer. He was so nice, very professional, and got the problem fixed quickly. He even cleaned up the standing water. My husband watched him the whole time and said he really knew what he was doing and was very friendly to talk with. We were both very pleased with the service he provided.
