Same day service with great communication and coordination from office to field. Bryan called to ask if he could arrive early (which was greatly appreciated). He was great. These guys responded quickly, were very professional, and offered a reasonable price. Our water heater broke and they gave an honest assessment without trying to over sell anything. They also replaced everything in one day to make sure we had hot water that evening. Great experience and would go back to them again.
Our master bath tub was not draining and nothing seemed to help unclog it. We were referred to Knockout plumbing and they were immediately responsive. Martin came to the house, gave us a quote and his crew was available to do the job on the same day! They were professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. One of the most impressive things they did was to wear shoe covers while in our house to minimize any dirt and debris. After, they collected all their trash and hauled it away. There was an issue after the job was complete and Martin was immediately available to assist us. He was able to provide a solution and send his crew to resolve it. Overall, they provided excellent customer service and focused on quality to get the job done right. Definitely highly recommended for plumbing needs and would use them again.
We had an emergency on a late Sunday afternoon with a major whole house clog and found Knockout plumbing on the internet. Juan came in about an hour after our call, identified a problem and fixed it. We were really happy with the service and the price was very reasonable especially for a last minute Sunday late afternoon call. Definitely recommend these guys! Also, what we liked was that we didnt have to spend so much time over the phone with them - they were straight to the point. Unlike other companies - kept us forever on the phone and never could promise if anyone would ever come that day or not. This company just said: "We are coming". Good job Knockout Plumbing !
Brian came out to fix my toilet. He had to order a part but quickly came back and installed the part. He was very responsive. It seemed to be a high price but I didn’t check the cost of the part.
