Francisco was professional and kind. He is very trustworthy and has great integrity and takes pride in his work. When I first spoke to him on the phone in a panic, he stayed calm and explained the ins and outs of our situation. He definitely eased my stress and was able to come help us that afternoon. He helped us with a gas leak and was able to figure out the issue for us quickly. He even came back the next day to make sure everything was working and safe. Francisco did a great job, at a reasonable price, and was a pleasure to work with. We had a break in our water service line that was washing out our front yard and driveway. He came over promptly, figured out exactly where the problem was, had PGE mark where the gas line was to avoid damaging that, then took care of the problem, which included a lot of digging and trenching. Finally he did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend him.
Our latest water bill indicated a leak somewhere between the meter and the house, a distance of about 50 ft. Francisco quickly detected the source of the leak—leaking toilet valves in two toilets and replaced the leaky valves, a simple solution that saved us hundreds, or maybe thousands, of dollars. Highly recommended!
