Fantastic service, as always. We try to get Jason when we call because he knows our “barely there crawlspace” and he’s not afraid of going down under the house. He’s very fast, efficient and explains what he’s done and what should be done in the future with thorough notes.
I called because the water heater failed, no hot water and it was leaking. I was able to speak with someone right away by phone. An estimate was provided by 9:00A the next day and installation was the same day. I am very satisfied. Bet you will be too.
Two thumbs up to LeapFrog Plumbing for being on-time, courteous, and best of all, efficient. Gordon replaced a leaking copper pipe between the walls behind the shower which was making a pool downstairs in the dining room. The most fun was when the soldering set off the fire alarm, but a few open windows and a call to the alarm company solved that. He tested, cleaned up, and while not inexpensive, not the most, either, and worth every dollar. I won't hesitate to call LeapFrog again. And just a note, my neighbor has the same opinion. So this is a two-for-one recommendation. (Shout out to their phone staff as well!)
Leapfrog Plumbing is the absolute best! We had an emergency at the house and the bathtub was backing up. Lindsay took my call, calmed me down and had a plumber at my home right away! He was so kind and knowledgeable. He fixed the tub in less than 30 min. He even taught my husband what to do so he can handle it next time! He was very clean and didn’t leave a mess behind. Everyone there was TOP NOTCH!! When the bill came I was shocked! It was less than half what others were going to charge!! Can’t say enough about Leapfrog. If you have any plumbing issues- they need to be your first call!
