Whoa. This is the team you want to call. The five star reviews are true. I have a double sink that had one clogged and it was clogged for three years (I know.). We thought it was our dishwasher that was causing it but we bought a new dishwasher and the right side of sink still clogged. Last week it started leaking underneath. When my husband checked the pipe, it was soft to the touch. Yikes! I was flipping out and went straight to Yelp. I started looking for reputable, well-reviewed plumbers and stumbled upon Lifesaver. I messaged them on Yelp and they responded quickly. I called and was happy to learn that they had availability the following day. They gave me an arrival window of 12-2. Perfect. Then I waited to see how things went. Next day, I received a text confirming the job and timeframe. Right around noon, James T. called and said he was about a half hour away. Great! He was right on time. Before entering the house he put on these booties to protect our hardwoods and he did so without our asking him. Amazing. Now to the job. My husband took over from here. James diagnosed the problem and went to work fixing it. He also figured out what was wrong with our garbage disposal and he fixed that too! It is about a week later and all is well. The sink works perfectly. No leaks, no soft pipe. And the best part: the repair was reasonably priced. I also love the fact that Lifesaver is a local Richmond business. They truly live up to their name. Well done!
Michael came out very promptly and gave very clear options for my washer faucet replacements. Pricing is higher than other estimates I received but they were able to respond very quickly and Michael was very helpful so I was willing to pay more for great service. Just following up with an update: A few days after the washer faucet was replaced, there seemed to be some water seepage. Not dripping, but definitely wet. George came out on the weekend to check it out. He thought the replacement faucet fixture might have been faulty, so replaced it. It was still seeping a bit. He felt that the threading on the nipple portion of the pipe may have corroded away some when Michael first replaced the faucet. He did not have that part with him, so Michael came out a few days later to replace the nipple portion and all was good. They did not charge me as George felt it could have been caught on the first replacement and he wanted to make good on our original repair. They both went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. That kind of service is priceless. I will definitely be using Lifesaver Plumbing for additional plumbing services needed!

George came by to investigate a mysterious clog in my drain. Although we were unable to solve the issue, in this first visit George spent over two hours with a camera and a snake in the pipe trying to figure out a plan. He was very professional, kind, and his price was fair for the work that he did. Based on our discussions, it seems that he has many years of experience with odd plumbing issues, which were necessary to begin to solve the issues with my pipes. I have hired cheaper plumbers before, but they didn’t have the equipment or time to understand what the major issue causing the backup was. I look forward to working with this company again.
Excellent same day service! James was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. He was very kind and reassuring to me,a worried customer. All got resolved.
