We’ve been experiencing a number of problems with our Rohl kitchen sink soap dispenser - a device we installed as part of complete kitchen. I took the item in to Los Gatos Plumbing Supply, whom we had first purchased the item from back in 2012, roughly a week ago where I met Kevin Adiutori and shared the problem. Kevin was extremely receptive to my problem and agreed to follow up with the appropriate party to inquire about possible options. Never did Kevin suggest a problem or suggestion that little could be done - total support throughout the matter. Needless to say, we were thrilled to learn from Kevin that Rohl has agreed to replace the entire dispenser at no cost with no exceptions (nearly a $300 item) Kevins support and follow-up helped to confirm our decision long ago that when it comes to major remodeling, skip the ‘big box stores’ and inexpensive products and stick with the professionals that understand the importance of quality customer service and product 👍
We needed some new sinks and faucets for a bathroom remodel and were extremely happy with the level of service. We went in and didn't know we needed an appointment (they have been really COVID conscious which I appreciate). Since they were waiting for their next appointment, they took us in for 30 min and Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick exactly what we wanted. He never tried upselling us, just worked to find something we liked. Delivery got here earlier than anticipated. Fast forward, we are now getting it installed and our contractor had some questions for the install. Alex helped him out to make sure it was installed correctly. We also got a broken drain (this happens) and Alex quickly reordered another one. Amazing follow up and quality service!
