Really felt safe and secure with the whole Lutz team. Phil called me directly to let me know what to do and asked to see pictures before sending a technician out to fix my toilet. Edwin, the technician was fantastic! He gave me so much useful information, checked out other issues I had during his 1 hour visit and didn’t make me feel like he was taking advantage of me. A very reputable plumbing company and my toilet is fixed! I highly recommend them.

I had a boiler / tankless water heater issue and the team at Lutz Plumbing was nothing short of amazing. They got someone out here really quickly to assess the issue, worked with the manufacturer, thought they found the issue. They followed up and checked in and it wasn’t resolved - but they were diligent in getting it fixed - of course this was over holidays in nov and dec - because that’s when all Plumbing issues happen ! But the owner called me personally, followed up, came on site to make sure we knew it was important to him to get it resolved. They handled it all perfectly! I just want to say thank you. It was professional, timely and I really appreciated the transparency during the whole process. I called them a few months later when I had an issue with my sump pump and they were out here promptly for that as well!

I contracted Lutz Plumbing to install a water filtration unit for our house. I have to say Sean and Jimmy did a fantastic job with the install and servicing our water heater. They had ideas on how to minimize cost, ensure the install looked minimal and functional. I can't say enough great things about this company and their communication during the entire process. I'd highly recommend working with Lutz for all plumbing needs.

I began looking for new ToTo bidet toilets to replace the standard toilets at my condo. Lisanne helped me decide and sent specs and made sure that the toilets I chose would fit. She definitely went above and beyond answering my questions and changing gears quickly when I would change my mind. She sent over a technician, Julian, to take measurements to make sure that toilet I wanted would fit. It would not. So, Julian measured, took photos, and videos and called different people to ask questions and to be sure that I purchased the correct toilet. When the day came for install, Isaac arrived solo, as Julian was on another job, but was coming soon. Julian's job took longer than expected, so Isaac was on his own for a good part of the day. Installing a one piece toilet is not easy for one person. This I know, because I have had a few remodels and am very familiar with the difference between a one piece and two piece toilet. No complaining, Isaac prepped both bathrooms and installed one, by himself. Julian finally finished his first job and immediately headed over to help. It was a big job, but they didn't rush to finish. The stayed past 5pm to clean up and make sure that the silicone seal was clean and neat. That was very much appreciated. Their work ethic was so refreshing to see, and I told Phil that he was lucky to have them on his team.

The two gentlemen that came out were extremely professional, extremely pleasant to work with and very respectful and they did a really good job with the task at hand so I am very very appreciative. I will use LUTZ Plumbing going forward because I know that you guys really know what you’re doing. There is a small issue though that a little bit of damage was done on the wall And so I wanted to talk to you about getting it fixed. My walls are Plaster and there’s a significant Mark in an area that is very apparent. My Plaster guy will charge me to come out and fix it so I wanted to discuss what I need to do about that.
