He was able to help me get it working again and also show me all my options for improving my system, both in effectiveness and efficiency. He followed up quickly with written estimates. He was fast, polite and friendly to deal with. I would 100% recommend him for any furnace, cooling or HVAC issues you may have.
Upgraded 1940s furnace with modern and Nest thermostat. The Magic team was great and handled asbestos abatement, removal, replacement, new ducts and connection of Nest. Got 5 quotes and while Magic wasn’t the cheapest, they had the best communication and customer service. Great company.

As far as the initial contact goes, Magic Plumbing completely satisfied me. Professional, courteous and friendly. I have American water resources insurance and they sent Magic out and I'm happy. Moving forward the tech thinks there's a broken pipe and I felt that might be the case. He put in a request to do a camera inspection so we can see where to go from here.
