Today I used Marin H2O for the first time on the recommendation of my neighbor. The plumber they sent, Franklin, was on time, professional, respectful, courteous, did an excellent job flushing my tankless hot water heater, and was generally just a nice guy. I was very pleased with the service I received from Marin H2O. So much so that this is the first time I’ve ever left a review on Google! Next time I need a plumber I will definitely be calling Marin H2O and asking for Franklin! Great job! Thank you! And the manager who arranged the appointment by phone, Mike Drake, was super nice and very helpful too!
Franklin came to the house and replaced our toilet. he realized he couldn't bring the toilet up the stairs by himself or it might break. he called for back up and the other person came quickly to help. the installation went well and we now have a perfectly working toilet. they also were conscious of keeping our house neat, and wore booties. i would use them again.
