Carlos is a Professional Plumber! He cares about getting your plumbing issues resolved with solutions from small to big jobs. Carlos used a camera, and snake. The camera showed everything inside my pipe and the length of pipe traveling throughout property, then using the snake to clear back up from roots that caused back up pressure! Mr. Rooter is number my first choice for all plumbing services small or big.
We had a sudden water leak coming from our wall! Our service professional was Alfredo Macias. He was great! Alfredo was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. His work was efficient and he kept the space where he was working clean, leaving the finished area cleaner than how he found it! He explained every step of the process and was clear about our different options. Would definitely recommend and would have him come back out again. Great work!
Vito completed excellent work for Providence House Oakland, for a serious plumbing issue that occurred on a Sunday morning. Service was fast, professional, detailed, and fairly priced. I highly recommend Mr Rooter for all your plumbing needs. Vito is particularly exceptional and provided excellent photos and detailed invoices.
Anthony provided an exceptional experience. His extensive plumbing knowledge and expertise allowed him to quickly diagnose and repair our kitchen sink clog. He was professional, efficient, and left the work area spotless when the job was complete. I truly appreciate his excellent service and would highly recommend him.
Our technician Alfredo was amazing. He was quick and efficient! Our toilet was clogged and he helped us identify the problem. He also went above and beyond and checked on our plumbing under in the crawl space.
