I recently hired Natan Plumbing for a water heater installation, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They arrived right on schedule, fully prepared, and immediately put on shoe covers to protect my floors. The technician took the time to evaluate the setup, explain the process clearly, and get straight to work. The quality of the craftsmanship is top-tier. The piping is incredibly neat, all connections and valves are perfectly installed, and the entire setup looks flawless. Once the installation was complete, they didn't leave a single speck of dust behind—the work area was left spotless. They also walked me through the new unit, explaining the temperature controls and safety features. It is rare to find this level of professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend Natan Plumbing to anyone looking for high-quality, honest, and expert service!
I hired Natan Plumbing to install an earthquake shut-off valve (Air-Quake valve), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team arrived right on time, carefully explained which pipes should be replaced, and recommended the best way to install the valve so it would operate properly and meet all safety requirements. The installation was completed quickly and professionally. They even painted the exposed pipes after the work was finished, cleaned up all the debris, and left the area spotless. I am extremely happy with the results. The entire team was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Natan Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, high-quality plumbing services.
Very professional plumber. On a Sunday night because my water filtration system was leaking, I called Natan, he went on a video call with me to figure out what could be done, came over and fixed it, charged a reasonable price. He is extremely professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work.
I had been dealing with a problem with my sump pump for a long time because it was no longer pumping water out properly. Natan Plumbing came out with a helper, removed the top cover, inspected the pump, and recommended replacing it. They went to the store, purchased a new 1 HP sump pump, and installed it the same day. They also replaced all the PVC piping and neatly secured the electrical wiring, making sure everything was installed correctly. I’m extremely happy with the quality of their work. My sump pump is now working perfectly, and I have complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Natan Plumbing. They are the best plumbing professionals in the Area!
We’ve used Natan and his team for several projects now, and they’ve been consistently excellent. They are professional, friendly, and always arrive on time, which is something we really appreciate. Their pricing is fair and transparent, with no surprises, and the quality of their work has been solid every time. It’s not easy to find a reliable plumber these days, but this team has definitely earned our trust. Highly recommend!
