When I needed help, I got it as soon as possible. I noticed a lot of water on the kitchen floor late one evening. Immediately turned off the water underneath the sink and mopped the floor. After placing a call to North Bay Platinum Plumbing the next morning, they came within a few hours. Not only took care of the leak, but added a new faucet and two drains per my request. Their service was prompt, efficient and kind. Highly professional.
