We had to get some work done quickly due to an insurance mandate. I cannot believe how quickly Mike responded and even how quickly his crew handled the work. Super professional and checked in regularly via text so I knew everything was good to go. I won't use anyone else for plumbing work. Thank you, Mike!

Loved working with NBPP. Mike & his crew are very knowledgeable. Just hired them recently to replace a water heater & install a hot water recirculation system. Instant hot water finally! No more wasting water waiting for it to get hot. A+ experience, would highly recommend.

When I needed help, I got it as soon as possible. I noticed a lot of water on the kitchen floor late one evening. Immediately turned off the water underneath the sink and mopped the floor. After placing a call to North Bay Platinum Plumbing the next morning, they came within a few hours. Not only took care of the leak, but added a new faucet and two drains per my request. Their service was prompt, efficient and kind. Highly professional.

This company is fantastic. They show up on time, they explain everything, do a great job and clean up like they were never there. What more could you ask for? 👏
