I called him Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning he was at my house replacing my water heater. His work was excellent! He charged me exactly what he quoted me and was extremely professional. He was also very nice to talk and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend!
From start to finish I was very impressed! I was expecting to deal with someone who was just going to cut corners and take advantage, but this guy was the opposite. I had a water heater leak that I knew couldn't be repaired and I would have to replace it. I was expecting the worst but I'm glad I spent the extra time digging to find a local and experienced plumber. He did a free estimate the same evening, and brought everything out the next day. The work ended up taking slightly l expected, but that was extremely reasonable considering he owns a small business and it would have been hard to find extra qualified help on a holiday break (job finished on new year's eve day). The work was very clean and professional and you could tell he knows what he is doing. The new tankless water heater works excellent and he even had it temporarily running overnight for us on the first day of the install. I know there are bigger businesses that can probably do faster service and have lots of availability, but if you are looking for someone who you can trust to know what they are doing and do quality work, this is the guy to go to.
