I am very happy with the work that was done by Oakland Rooter. We had a big apartment building project involving a Hot water line replacement recently. The service was impeccable! We had a smooth repair! They are always on time and have a fair pricing! I definitely recommend for small or big jobs. Jose F. and Ramos were a great team and wonderful to work with! Highly Recommend.
I called Oakland rooter at 6 am in the morning. I left a voice message for someone to call me back once they opened. To my surprise I received a call at 7 am. Office manger Miguel called me and I was on the books for an 8 am to 9 am arrival window. Eddie and Will diagnosed my unknown leak after an extensive inspection. Turns out I needed to change out a toilet wax ring. So I decided to just change out the entire toilet. They picked up the new one from Home Depot and disposed of the old one. I am so happy with their work. For once I had a great visit by a plumbing company.
It gives us great pleasure to rate Oakland Rooter 5 + stars. It was a pleasure speaking to Ignacio who took our call Monday evening around closing time and who sent Eddie out first thing Tuesday morning to replace our broken kitchen faucet in no time. Eddie also changed our old hot and cold angle stops under the sink and replaced our old main gate valve with a 1/4 turn ball value. It feels good to have a new faucet and valves. Eddie was very professional and the cost for all this was very fair. We highly recommend Oakland Rooter - Mike and Susan
Mixed feelings. The first time I used Oakland Rooter (Enrique) they were fantastic and honest. 5 stars! The second time I used them the technician (Gil) was late and charged $200 for a 5 min job! (2 stars) and didn't wear booties! Other honest plumbing companies wouldn't have charged this. How do I know this I called another plumbing company and they said "We probably only would have charged you $50" Ugh lesson learned!
Angel did a really neat job installing a new toilet for us. He showed up on schedule, got straight to work and was done inside 2 hours. He left everything really clean and he was happy to take away the broken old toilet. All for a fair price. We've used Oakland Rooter before and they'll be the first plumbers we call next time we need them.
