I would not recommend this company. My experience felt dishonest from start to finish. They provided an initial price, but after Jeff became involved, the cost increased significantly. Then, during a third visit, they exaggerated the scope and severity of the work and quoted a price that was nearly three times higher than what was originally discussed. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: offer a reasonable estimate upfront, then continually inflate the cost as the process moves forward. I was left feeling pressured and misled rather than helped. Based on my experience, I would advise others to get multiple estimates before agreeing to any work. Be very cautious and ask for detailed explanations and written pricing before proceeding. I personally would not use this company again. Additionally, I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs so that an independent third party can review this company’s business practices. I believe consumers deserve transparent pricing and honest assessments of the work required. My hope is that a formal review will help prevent other customers from experiencing the same issues I encountered.
Quick response upon calling them and they will work on your availability. Herb did an amazing job on my clogged, leaking and overused 20 + years garbage disposal. Very friendly, work safely and efficiently. Jeff gave me a quote immediately so I'm not expecting surprises. Fair price and plan on calling them again for my shower repair. Highly commendable!!! I had my lawn pipe burst when I was cleaning up around it. Herb came out 20 mins after I called them. He took very good care of the busted pipe and capped the line. Good guy and very reasonably priced service
Had a toilet overflow emergency and these guys came through fast. They showed up quickly, figured out the issue right away, and broke the pipe just in time to stop things from getting worse. Super thankful for how fast and on it they were—definitely recommend if you ever need quick plumbing help!
Jeff came out the very next day to see what was happening with my kitchen sink. He installed a new garbage disposal two days later. Very reliable and fast. Highly recommend!
