As a senior I was weary of being taken advantage of but in the end content with the service I was given with full explanation of what needed to be done and the cost. I was given several senior cost options after pictures were taken of the old sink (there since before 1980 when I moved in) & sent back to the office & returned with several cost options of repairing the leakage with no guarantee if possible breakage of old pipes or the installation of a new faucet with a three year guarantee. I chose the latter and was happy with the work done and completed in a timely matter.
Our restaurant basement flooded in Nov 2019 and again in Feb 2020. Turns out the city pipe was broken, but Oro Pro was resourceful and considerate to ensure the best work was done at different stages to ensure restaurant and tenants could operate to avoid additional financial hardship. Despite having other larger/lucrative project; the COVID Shelter in Place; permit dept. closed, and the rain; they finally completed the work 6/3/20. A lot of the work had to be subcontracted, but thankfully the estimate is what we ended up paying for. No surprise additional costs since my husband (retired contractor) supervised the entire project. We are happy and relieved this large expense is behind us and we recommend them as an honest, hardworking, and professional plumbing service. Thank you to all at Oro Pro.
Had a major leak in our main waterline. Oro Pro worked quickly and efficiently to repair with a new line. Couldn't ask for better service. Recommended.
Called at 10 am for emergency service of clogged sewer main. Receptionist was attentive and said she would call me back in 5 minutes because all her guys were out on jobs. She promptly called me back, had a technician on the way for service. Technician was quick, courteous and solved the issue at the agreed upon price and was done by 1pm. Second time using Oro Pro, and would recommend them for fast and thorough service.
I've had Oro Pro do work for me in the past- and it has always been great. Today was an especially helpful response from them- my ancient water main pipe sprung a leak just before it was joined to the work that Oro Pro had done for me about 6 months ago. I called them and explained the problem- it was certainly not their fault that my galvanized had sprung a leak- and they'd recommended its replacement previously. They were able to dispatch a technician within the hour to assess and quoted me a very reasonable price to splice in a good section. It was done within 6 hours. It made what had started to be miserable so much better.
