I had two leaky hose bibs (one in my front yard and one in my back yard) for a long time and thought I might get that fixed so it can last at least a few more decades. So for the sake of good quality install, I contacted Pacific plumbing systems on Diamond certified website. Blake from the company got back to be very quickly and helped schedule a visit from Todd their plumbing expert to come by. Todd came by and said that he would need to cut the old hose bibs off and connect new ones in and estimated time for labor to give an estimate of the cost. We were able to use their senior discount rate since we have two individuals over 60 in the household, which was nice. The fix was scheduled for another day and Todd came by again and spent a couple of hours on the job. My back hose bib removal and install seemed a bit challenging but Todd was able to get the job done. Final work looks great. No more annoying leaks. Overall, price was this seemed nominal and work wise it was very well done. I am very satisfied. Thank you Todd.

Todd just left after repairing the tub drain plumbing (which was leaking into the neighbors' unit) and installing a new garbage disposal. He worked efficiently, maneuvered gracefully in this apartment space and explained clearly what was being done. It's clear that Todd loves his work. Called Pacific Plumbing because they are diamond certified and seem focused on smaller jobs. We needed to reseat a toilet. Thrilled to get a next day appointment. Todd arrived early(!) for the arrival window (how often does that happen?!) and finished the reseating in a little over an hour. We had Todd address a couple other minor issues which he did quickly. Todd is very personable. It was as though we’d invited a handy friend to come over and fix somethings. He was thorough, kept the workspace very clean and orderly. Would definitely recommend Pacific Plumbing for their friendliness, the quality of their work, and reasonable prices.
