John and Alan did everything the said they would. they got to us to us quickly, provifing a quote, and precuring the materials in a quick and efficient manor. I wanted a specific brand, size, and warranty, and they accomodated me on that. Alan was friendly and very polite, and he got our new water heater installed and operating in no time. These folks have come to us in a span of two weeks apart and BOTH times were QUICK to resolve the issues. These were two different issues, one was our plumbing and the other was our water heater (Crazy I know) For our water heater issue same day replacement!!! It was incredible! Very professional and polite crew at Peninsula plumbing. They pick up the phone right away, and were able to come replace my broken water heater the same day. Did a very clean and professional job and cleaned up after their work. Hector and Luiz are great guys.
