Very professional and efficient. Excellent customer service. It involved a water leak below my new concrete slab in the driveway. The team was able to reroute the pipe so as to not have to break up my driveway!
Fast, Professional, and Effective. I called at around noon to see if they could send someone out right away to diagnose water oozing across the sidewalk coming from our water meter box. Grant from Performance Plus arrived within an hour and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He took the time to show me exactly why he was sure that it was on the meter side – and explained that it was Cal Water’s responsibility to fix at their cost. He contacted Cal Water directly and when they wanted to schedule someone to come by in 3 days to take a look - he pushed back. He got them to commit to getting someone out same day. Cal Water showed up, replaced the meter, and now everything is fully resolved less than 4 hours after I first noticed the problem. Thank you Performance Plus.
Installation of Grundfos Hot water recirculation system. Exceptional customer service from request for quote, to selection. to installation and follow up. Their work and care were beyond my expectations. I will definitely refer they to family and others.
This company is very honest, Sylvia explains the service in detail, and her pleasant demeanor is soothing to your worries during a break down of your equipment. Appointments that are scheduled with them is always on time. The technicians explain in detail what your equipment issues are, there polite and punctual. And there fees are reasonable. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. A pleasure working with them.
