Fast, Professional, and Effective. I called at around noon to see if they could send someone out right away to diagnose water oozing across the sidewalk coming from our water meter box. Grant from Performance Plus arrived within an hour and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He took the time to show me exactly why he was sure that it was on the meter side – and explained that it was Cal Water’s responsibility to fix at their cost. He contacted Cal Water directly and when they wanted to schedule someone to come by in 3 days to take a look - he pushed back. He got them to commit to getting someone out same day. Cal Water showed up, replaced the meter, and now everything is fully resolved less than 4 hours after I first noticed the problem. Thank you Performance Plus.

Got water heater problem. Contacted Performance Plus plumbing service to replace the burner and the gas valve. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician those name was Grand was dispatched to come my house to replace the both parts. Grand did a great job. He made sure that what problem was before he started to do the job. He also checked all parts worked properly and advised me that I waiting for about an hour to get hot water. Not only Performance Plus plumbing but also the technician are good. I recommend it ！
