Pipe Spy was awesome from start to finish. Thanks to an opening they even showed up hours earlier than the original scheduled time—huge win. They were easy to work with, negotiated the price fairly, which I really appreciated. The crew installed a brand-new sewer line in no time and had everything running smoothly without any hassle. I’d absolutely recommend Sergio the Production Manager and his crew to anyone who wants fast, professional service done right.
We were under the gun to complete a lateral replacement in two weeks, Or we would have to leave money in escrow To complete the work. Myles and Sergio went out of their way to get this done on time, And got the certificate issued with the city also in time. They are great to work with, and they are efficient! Thank you, Pipe Spy!
Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price - five stars. It was very easy to schedule a sewer lateral inspection - required for the sale of our house. The inspector Mike Dispenza showed up on time, was polite and professional. Mike sent copies of the report and the video, and an estimate for the anticipated repairs by 7:00 PM that evening, and the information was forwarded to SMCSD the next day. That's good service. The cost was $300, reasonable and comparable to other companies. And the estimate for the repairs also seems reasonable. Highly recommended.
Amazing job Pipe Spy. This is the fourth job you did for us this month and and everything has been outstanding! Every promise fulfilled and you even finished ahead of time. Looking forward to the next job which most likely will be my own but a real estate broker it is tremendous to know I have someone I can trust and rely on!!
Do NOT hire this company. I hired them to video my pipe to the street due to constantly have to have it cleared.... video showed issues out near the street and their bid was extremely high[18,000$]....they came back to video again[due to managers orders-huh??-I had a copy of the file supplied to me, yet we 'needed to do it again'] and we later got a notice of 'violation' from the county. Great way to secure a 18K job, not.....they seemed to have a comfy relationship with the county people.
