Recently moved to Rio Vista. Water softening system needed a service due to the home being empty for at least a year. Called this company a week ago. A service call was scheduled... no show. A follow up appointment was made. Someone showed up, took a few pictures and promised a technician would come for the service in two days. Again, a no show without explanation. Called again last Monday to enquire. Was told a technician would be here between 1 and three o'clock today. Confirmed the appointment today at one o'clock. It is now well past appointment time with no technician in sight. No call, no anything. Please steer clear of this company. Not sure what is going on, but they are at the very least unreliable.
