Hello Everyone 👋 My experience with Vic Flores from Crown Pluming was amazing on multiple occasions. Not only did he show up promptly to each visit at my house but the work he was able to knock out in my bathroom and kitchen made everything run that much smoother at my house 🏡 He’s fully replaced my bathroom faucet, changed my shower head, drained both my shower & bathroom faucet & has also replaced my kitchen sink faucet. Vic has always been super polite & is always looking to add some type of value to my home setting. I’m super thankful for him and his work expertise. Victor Flores knows what he’s doing! He installed our sink faucet with such ease! He talked us through each step of the way giving us tips for up keep and cool tricks to help us keeping our faucet looking new. He was detailed in his work, professional from the moment he came into our home and clean! He made sure he left his work space better than he found it. Such a great guy to work with.
My kitchen sink was clogged so I called Crown plumbing services. The plumber was on time. He shared with me that my kitchen sink was only partially clogged. He ran some hot water and then it’s unclogged. However, I got charged a $200( after discount) diagnosis fee. He told me if any work was performed, it would have been more than $400. I’m new to this but felt quite shocked for a 5 min time he spent at my place. Is it already so expensive nowadays to hire a plumber? Just would like to hear from you all. :)
Terrible value/communication, but technical work seems good. Feel taken advantage of, new homeowner with a leak in the wall behind the shower. They showed up to give a quote, pressured me to sign quickly. I was stupid to panic and not get more quotes. Then when they come to do the work a few hours later they tell me for the first time they will have to replace the shower trim, give me no choice besides a chrome trim when I have bronze existing (obvious mismatch). I later got other quotes after for less than half (wall was still open when they came so they could see everything). I look for 5 minutes on Home Depot’s website site and find a matching trim, install myself in another five minutes. Positives: leak is fixed. The folks that did the technical work were friendly and did good work (I don’t blame them for the trim decision/communication). Wall repair was good. Still feel we did not get a good value from the company, but learned an expensive lesson about dealing with stressful home repairs.
They came out to unclog my toilet. The price was a little high. After I told them I couldn’t afford it, they then went down on the price with a discount which became affordable for me to accept the job. Johnathan was very friendly, nice and explained everything well. The job was done and I was pleased. Thanks Johnathan for unclogging my toilet.
