Great responsive professional service. Replaced water heater and did a professional installation. Price was much More reasonable than Other suggested Plumbing services Recommended on this site and Neighboor. I find the bigger the Company, the bigger the costs because of so much overhead. Plumbing experts Inc. and Ivan are truly a great find. I also had water softener installed at the same time. Highly recommended.
Ivan was amazing and he knows what he's talking about. He came out to inspect a low flow and pressure issue and in 5mins he found the issue with a failing water softener. He came back the next day to help install and made quick work of it. Tested the unit for softness 3 times and the flow and pressure was working again. He did the work fast and efficiently. I highly recommend Plumbing Experts Inc. and will have him take care of all my future plumbing needs. Thank you
Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was needed in order to install my device during the first estimated cost visit. They provided an Installation window where they arrived on time and completed the work within that timeframe.. The service was great. I would definitely recommend for all your plumbing needs.
Highly recommend Ivan. He did a great job diagnosing problems with my tankless water heater and clearly explained what was happening and what actually needed to be fixed. He returned later to help with flow issues and also took the time to inspect my water softener setup. Great communication, very knowledgeable, and he genuinely tries to help you avoid expensive repairs when they aren’t necessary.
Had an appointment with Ivan between 12pm-2pm to install a water softner. Well that timeframe came and went and an eventual no show. I did my due diligence and texted him with no response. He didn’t even bother to call me. I was home from work for the install which was a waste of my time. Too bad because he seemed like a reliable person.
