Had 3 different consecutive jobs done by Plumbing Geek because everything goes so well. They give you a 2 hour window for showing up and were able to show up early each time. The three different plumbers that I met with were knowledgeable, friendly and neat. Did the job efficiently and price was reasonable. Had new shut off valve installed, new irrigation pipe and new tub spout with diverter. Will definitely use them again.
Michael provided outstanding service from start to finish. He arrived right on time, which is always greatly appreciated, and took the time to explain the entire repair process clearly. He identified that the cartridge needed to be replaced and walked through the ins and outs of how the part works so I knew exactly what was being done. After completing the repair, Michael thoroughly tested the fixture and confirmed everything was working in top shape before leaving. Clear communication, expertise, and respect for the customer’s time—you couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend Michael and Plumbing Geek!
The install was fairly uneventful, however the way the water heater stands in the pan places it at the edge of the support pillar on one end with room to move it closer to the right. The pan itself has "1.5 in lead way in back and water heater wiring harness, abuts with the pan in the front, leaving the wires exposed to accidental contact or damage, because the Bradford White provided cover will not fit without modification (cutting material away), not as designed nor intended by Bradford White. I reminded the tech that they forgot to put the protective shield and they returned with it, then offered to cut it to make it fit, which I felt was slipshod, & thus declined. Tech stated he did not have a larger (appropriate) pan with him at the time of install. I doubt this install is to Contra Costa County code.
Marco was exceptional !! The water heater needed sediment to be removed which is a yearly maintenance needed to keep water heaters happy !! He did a great job; was careful and very neat !! Plumbing Geeks is the greatest company. Someone you can trust to get the job done well and at a price that is fair. This is why I keep calling them for all my plumbing needs. Great company !! So grateful!!
Marco and Gary were very responsive to my call. Gary called back in for an earlier service schedule. Michael was thorough and professional with his work, diagnosing the plumbing drainage problem and was Immediately resolved. Michael explained step by step the process until resolution. The charge is reasonable and I was granted a new client discount which is greatly appreciated. Will keep the company for future need.
