Recently we’ve had MG Plumbing come to our house to help with a variety of plumbing issues from unclogging drains to replacing a toilet and bathtub faucets. Mark, the owner was incredible. Each job was done exceedingly well, but there were things that he did that we had never seen done by plumbers. Mark always came when he said he would come and was engaging when he arrived. The toilet and bathtub faucet replacements were challenging for several reasons; however, Mark was creative and came up with great solutions for both projects. He was meticulous with his work making sure everything worked and looked perfect before he left. And he always cleaned up after the jobs were done. We’ve owned numerous homes over the years and have had to hire quite a few plumbers. But Mark and MG Plumbing is head and shoulders ahead of them all. We would highly recommend MG Plumbing for any plumbing job.
I’ve had MG Plumbing and Rooter out to my home three separate times through my home warranty, and they have been consistently excellent. Most recently, Mark handled a garbage disposal leak and a kitchen faucet leak for us. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and performs a very thorough inspection before starting any work. Beyond just fixing the issue, he provides expert guidance—for example, he suggested I order parts directly through Moen to ensure the best fit and warranty coverage. The repairs and replacements were flawless. Scheduling is always easy, and Mark is punctual with great communication throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Mark provided outstanding service on my water heater replacement. He was quick to respond, showed up right on time, and walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. The installation was done professionally and efficiently, and everything was left clean and spotless. You can tell Mark takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Mark was great. He assessed my issues and suggested a repair within a few minutes. Then he identified that my parts were likely still covered under warranty by the manufacturer. I had no idea! I was prepared to purchase all new parts for Mark to install. Because of Mark, I was able to contact Moen and replace my kitchen faucet and other parts completely free. He saved me hundreds of dollars right off the bat. I highly recommend Mark. He did a great job.
Mark and his wife, Judith, are terrific. Both are very responsive and professional. Mark came to the house for an under sink issue in one of our bathrooms. He changed out the faucet, hot/cold feeds and p-trap. All done very cleanly. We couldn't be happier with Mark's work. We will be using MG Plumbing and Rooter again. So should you!
