Plumbing Point replaced the matn sewer line from back of the house to the city line. It was an extensive job and they completed the job as promised and in a timely manner. Natanael provided a very detailed job description so we knew exactly what was going to be completed and he kept us updated on the job's progress. His team was professional and we felt confident about job being done well. Having worked with different contractors before not always with good experiences I can say this was a great experience from start to finish. Natanael is very good about patiently explaining job details and is very knowledgeable. Since the water heater needed to be replaced, he and Nathaniel worked together late into the evening. Their excellent and efficient work ensured my family had hot water available that night.
