This is my first experience working with Plumbtree Plumbing & Rooter, and I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by the technician, Ricky Nunez. Overall, I would like to give them a 5-star rating. Here are the tasks that Ricky completed for me: he cut, broke, demoed, and disposed of stucco; repaired the water fittings; repaired an additional 1/2" to 1" water line; and replaced the hose bib.
Ricky arrived on time. He inspected our kitchen sink and underneath the sink. He provided us with itemized information patiently explained to how work is going to be done. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to answer any questions we have regarding projects. Ricky has done an outstanding job. He carefully handled all aspects of the job with great care and attention. He kept us informed throughout his work and when his job was done he left our kitchen counter and floor dust free. Thank you for great job. I decided to have another service by Plumbtree. I wanted to move my cooper pipe underneath the sink to install my new reverse osmosis. Ron arrived at my home and discussed and suggested the best option I have. He carefully disassembled my pipe and installed new pipes and added a mounting bracket to secure new pipes to wall. After pipes were done he installed my new RO system and checked to make sure no leaks and RO system was working properly. I appreciate Ron working on tight space working hard to get this job completed. Thank you Ron for excellent service.
Plumbtree plumbing is my go to they have provided excellent service and the technicians are highly skilled. I had Plumbtree plumbing fix 2 toilets and a fill valve for my swimming pool which took some digging and a pvc to copper solution. Ricky Nunez and team were exceptional in quality of service and professionalism.

We had an emergency at my parent’s house, where the pipe had burst. Luckily, Alice was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday and Ricky Nunez came to the house right away! Ricky was friendly and pleasant to work with. He explained what needed to be done and was able to schedule us on a Tuesday. This emergency was surely unexpected, but they did offer a payment plan, which was great. Alice was great in communicating and following up on when the job was stating to finish.
