We had a clogged kitchen sink and they did a great job fixing/repairing the old pipes in our 100+ year old building. Very responsive and easy to schedule, they came same day within 2 hours of when we first contacted them!
I had a very concerning experience with one of your drivers. While driving on the freeway at around 75 mph, your employee was on the phone and driving aggressively, cutting off other vehicles. This kind of behavior is extremely unsafe and puts everyone on the road at risk. This is not professional and shows a lack of responsibility, especially for a company representing itself to the public. I strongly suggest addressing this issue immediately for the safety of others.
My water heater failed in the middle of the night and we called Precise Plumbing. They answered the phone on the first try (in the middle of the night!) They were there promptly the next morning and within 3 hours they had solved our issue. All of the techs were professional and incredible helpful (and so nice!) I would highly recommend Precise Plumbing for anyone in the Bay Area! Thank you guys, again!
Friendly, and efficient! Needed some help with a garbage disposal and they came prepared with multiple models and options. Even did some extra cosmetic fixes to tidy up under the sink. Will be using them again for some bigger sump pump issues in the future!!
Great Customer Service! Our water heater went out at 7pm and our whole family still had to take a shower. We got in contact with Nick and asked if he would be able to come by and take a look at our water heater. He quickly found the problem. Unfortunately we had to replace the water heater. Home depot was still open so he went there to get a replacement and installed it. My family was extremely excited to not have to take a cold shower. Nick saved the day!
