I was super impressed with the service received from Jayson (Tech#16). He went far above previous service techs from Preferred that I've experienced before (being at a large apartment community). Having the right equipment, knowing how to use it efficiently and cleaning up afterwards plus calling back an hour after leaving to make sure the line was still draining well.
