I’m really happy we went with them. We booked everything pretty quickly and they were able to get started right away, which made the whole process easy. Before deciding, we looked around a bit and their pricing was noticeably better than others we spoke to. Even with a few extra things that came up along the way, they stuck to the original price and didn’t try to tack anything on, which I really appreciated. They replaced our water heater and handled removing the old system without any issues. The whole job felt smooth from start to finish. Elmer and Bartolo were the ones who came out and they were great—super respectful, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. Overall, just a really solid experience. If you’re looking for good work at a fair price, I’d definitely recommend them.
We have a busy car dealership and we run a lot of cars through Auctions so we always need to wash our cars and make sure they’re clean, we wash maybe about 300 cars a week. Our water softener broke primetime came right away gave us a good deal and warrantied their own product. After back-and-forth of searching for the right company , we were so happy with prime time, they drove an hour away to come

This weekend, when most places were closed, I was struggling with a major kitchen sink issue — the water kept filling up and I had to wake up every hour just to empty it. It was stressful and honestly overwhelming. Despite being closed, Primetime Plumbing went above and beyond. They made a special effort to come out, assess the issue, and stayed for an extended time to make sure everything was fully fixed before they left. They were kind, patient, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. You can tell when a company genuinely cares about their customers — and Primetime Plumbing absolutely does. Their dedication turned a very stressful situation into something manageable, and I’m truly grateful for their help.
