The plumber showed up right away to bid the job and explained what our options were. He completed the sump pump installation quickly and shared issues that came up with us. The work looks first rate. Leo did a fantastic job. He unclogged the slow drain of my kitchen sink. He also advised not to use commercial draining solution like Drano that could hurt water pipe. Instead, once a month, run hot water and pore soap dish to clear the sink of grease buildup. I highly recommend Pro Roto for plumbing work.
I had a burst pipe on Saturday and they answered the phone. Isaac was absolutely professional. He and Tony got the pipe repaired and tested quickly and cleaned up nicely.
