Professional, friendly, efficient and very reasonable priced! Rony from prompt plumbing came to help us fixing a weird pipe issue made by the previous owner. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was careful in handling of the equipment around the house and thoroughly cleaned the area after he was finished. William was fantastic! He was super kind and courteous and identified the issue right away. Through photos and videos he explained to me where the leak was coming from in the water heater and how he would fix it. He fixed the leak quickly and once again showed me through photos how he fixed it. Highly recommend! Doug was also great at communicating and coordinating repair services!
