Several weeks ago, Nate showed up to assess what was going on with our tankless water heater. He was knowledgeable, kind, provided great customer service, and took the time to explain the technical details that I did not understand. I was impressed with his professionalism and kindness. It's not often that you find a plumber who provides this level of attention and care to his customers. He also showed up shortly after we called, which was extremely helpful in getting a diagnosis of the issue so quickly. Unfortunately, my husband didn't choose Nate to complete the installation. Although the price of the other bid was roughly the same, the other plumber had an earlier opening to get the installation completed. That said, Nate's installation timeline was also very reasonable. Personally, I would have chosen Nate to complete the job and gladly waited a few extra hours because of the amazing service he provided. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to take the time to explain everything made a lasting impression on me. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Nate to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused plumber.

We are so grateful for Pure Plumbing Solutions. We received a message while we were on vacation that we probably had a leak, and Pure Plumbing Solutions responded quickly to our request for help. Brandon checked the exterior of our home while we were away; he discovered that our water pressure was significantly above a safe level and turned off the water to our home from the street to prevent additional leakage/damage. We were so grateful for the quick intervention so we weren't anxious during our vacation. The morning we returned home, Brandon came and did a thorough inspection of all potential leak areas and he found the current leak as well as areas under several sinks that had some corrosion. Brandon did an exceptional job of taking pictures and clearly explaining possible courses of action; we also appreciated that he actually discouraged us from addressing a faucet that has leaked inconsistently because the service wasn't necessary at this time. Brandon helped flush our water heater and then installed a pressure expansion tank and a pressure reducing valve, and also updated our system with angle stop installations for a safer and more reliable system. Even the small detail of using shoe covers inside our home demonstrated the care and thoughtfulness Brandon puts into his work. We were so impressed with Brandon's professionalism and how quickly he was able to address all of our plumbing issues and we will definitely use the company again for any future needs.
