Jessy was awesome. He came out on a Friday evening, even though it was getting late, and drove a long way to replace our PRV (pressure reducing valve). He was professional, honest, and easy to work with. He explained what he was doing, replaced the valve, tested everything, and made sure it was all working before he left. No surprises, no upselling, no gimmicks, just quality work done right. It's hard to find people like that these days. I wouldn't hesitate to call Jessy again and highly recommend him.
I had underground water leak without realizing for few days, the water was flowing five houses down and had to shut the water off completely. Jesse from Redwood plumbing and Water Heaters showed up as soon as possible. He diagnosed and identified the crack that caused the leak. He gave me two options on the fix and his recommendations with estimates of both options outlined. Everything was explained clearly, and the prices of each option was justifiable. I went with the recommended solution and am super satisfied with the enhanced set up of my house water valve.
