Jessy was awesome. He came out on a Friday evening, even though it was getting late, and drove a long way to replace our PRV (pressure reducing valve). He was professional, honest, and easy to work with. He explained what he was doing, replaced the valve, tested everything, and made sure it was all working before he left. No surprises, no upselling, no gimmicks, just quality work done right. It's hard to find people like that these days. I wouldn't hesitate to call Jessy again and highly recommend him.
I had a great experience with Redwood Plumbing & Water Heaters. Jesse, the owner, came out quickly to troubleshoot the issue and was extremely professional from start to finish. He provided a fair and transparent price, and the installation was done with high quality and attention to detail. What really stood out was how easy he was to work with—very communicative, responsive, and genuinely focused on doing the job right. It’s not always easy to find someone this reliable. Highly recommend Jesse and his team if you’re looking for honest, professional plumbing work!
We had an amazing experience with Jesse! He arrived early, which was already a great start, and quickly got to work fixing our toilet and plumbing. Not only did he do an excellent job, but his personality made the whole experience even better—friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. He was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. It’s not often you find someone who combines great service with such a positive attitude. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star experience! -Joe
I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the plumbing services provided by Jesse. He recently installed a hot water tank at my home and was incredibly professional throughout the process. He arrived on time, completed the installation efficiently, and took the time to thoroughly review the new unit and its operations with me. Furthermore, he left the workspace spotless. I highly recommend Jesse and will certainly request him for any future plumbing projects.
Jesse was very knowledgeable and knew how to get to the thermistors and replace them. The water heater was in a tight spot and he had great ideas to reach without having to bring down the water heater. Very pleased to find him and the price was very reasonable.
