Five-Star Experience from Start to Finish! I cannot recommend Repipe Champions Plumbing and Rooter highly enough. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Travis Parker came out initially and was fantastic. He quickly assessed what was needed, provided detailed explanations, and walked me through all of my options. He was incredibly responsive throughout the project and followed through on absolutely every commitment he made. The crew that came onsite to perform the whole-house repipe did a spectacular job. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they were extremely respectful of my home—leaving the place spotless and not leaving a single scrap behind. When it came time to close up the walls, the gentleman onsite did an amazing job patching and texturing. You can barely tell any work was done! If you need a repipe, look no further. This was an all-around 5-star experience!

My initial impression of this company was very positive. I’m planning a full repipe of my home and have collected several estimates because every plumber seems to approach the job differently. Their sales representative spent more than two hours at my house, put on protective gear, crawled underneath the home, and took detailed photos. He seemed knowledgeable and thorough. I was told the repipe would take one day, possibly two because of the inspection, and that they would patch the holes they created. At that point, I understood why they had so many five-star reviews. Then the experience began to feel more like buying a car. Their initial quote was the highest I had received. When I hesitated, the representative called his manager on speakerphone, and the price was suddenly reduced by $4,000. However, I was told that I had to accept the discounted price by that evening. I explained that this was a major home project and that I needed time to discuss it with my wife. I was also told that the lower price would eliminate the 0% financing option and that paying by credit card would add a 3% fee. Another concern was their lack of flexibility. We plan to remodel our bathrooms soon, so I asked whether they could avoid installing plumbing that might later need to be removed or relocated. Their position was that they would only perform a complete repipe—no partial work and no meaningful adjustment for the upcoming remodel. The overnight deadline passed on June 24. After obtaining six more estimates, we still decided to consider hiring them because of their thoroughness and the discounted price they had offered. We were willing to pay more for a full repipe because it would give us peace of mind while we planned the bathroom remodel. On July 23, however, they responded that, “Due to recent and substantial cost increases for both labor and materials, we’ve had to adjust our pricing structure for the first time in a long while.” That was difficult to accept, considering less than a month had passed. They may do excellent work, and their Google reviews suggest that many customers are satisfied. However, my experience with the sales process was pushy and unnecessarily stressful. The same-day discount, the call to the manager, the sudden price reduction, and then the increase a few weeks later all felt like sales tactics rather than straightforward pricing. If you are comfortable accepting their recommended scope and making a quick decision, they may be a good fit. If you want time to compare estimates, discuss the project with your family, or request flexibility, be prepared for a high-pressure experience. Fortunately, I am not in a hurry, even if some plumbing companies seem determined to make customers feel that they should be.

I had a great experience with Repipe Champion for my whole-house PEX repipe project. Travis was the person I worked with, and he was very responsive and professional throughout the process. He identified that there was an active leak in my house and was able to schedule an emergency repipe within a week, which was especially impressive because that timeline also included getting the permit. The repipe work itself was completed very quickly. Most of the project was finished within two days: one day for opening the walls and completing the repipe work, and another day for patching. There was a small hiccup during the process when some electrical outlets stopped working, but the team handled it responsibly and had an electrician come out on the third day to fix the issue. In the end, the whole project only took three days, with a fourth day for the final inspection, which should take less than an hour. Overall, I’m very happy with the result. The price was also very competitive compared to the other quotes I received. I would highly recommend Repipe Champion to anyone dealing with a leak problem and looking for fast, reliable repipe service.
