I had a great experience with Ribbs. I needed a water heater replacement. They were responsive, easy to communicate with, came same day for inspection, and did the work the following day in a timely manner. They addressed all my concerns. Tim and Chris were very professional and efficient. The pricing was very competitive. 10/10 would recommend.
The entire process was smooth and efficient, Chris was also very informative and professional. I called in the afternoon about a leaking PEX pipe in my ceiling, and chris was able to come out the same day to take a look. He was very responsive via text and provided an immediate quote after I sent photos of the issue. The repair required a specific 1-inch PEX joint that can be difficult to find, but Ribbs Plumbing had the necessary supplies on hand and was able to complete the repair efficiently.
Chris Chapanar and Chris Jr did a wonderful job to replace a bidet toilet. The space was very tight but they managed to fit the toilet in. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very reasonable price and did a very professional and excellent job. I highly recommend Ribbs Plumbing and Sewer.

Worked with Ribbs Plumbing on replacing toilet and for sewer inspection. While I had the appointment scheduled, We had a water leak. David from Ribbs plumbing promptly assigned Chris and CJ to my case and both Cris and CJ handled the issue professionally. They removed the heater and fixed the leak inside the wall. They also connected me with a restoration company to help manage the leak impact. Later for re-installing the heater they sent out Tim so that we could have hot water. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Ribbs and definitely will work with them on future projects.
