I had a great experience with Ribbs. I needed a water heater replacement. They were responsive, easy to communicate with, came same day for inspection, and did the work the following day in a timely manner. They addressed all my concerns. Tim and Chris were very professional and efficient. The pricing was very competitive. 10/10 would recommend.
Chris Chapanar and Chris Jr did a wonderful job to replace a bidet toilet. The space was very tight but they managed to fit the toilet in. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very reasonable price and did a very professional and excellent job. I highly recommend Ribbs Plumbing and Sewer.
Tim and his team were quick to respond, had great communication and kept me updated every step of the way with the water softner replacement. I couldn’t be happier knowing that I have found a very reliable and trustworthy plumbing vendor. I have had them help me with multiple repairs over the years. Thanks again RPS team!
The entire process was smooth and efficient, Chris was also very informative and professional. I called in the afternoon about a leaking PEX pipe in my ceiling, and chris was able to come out the same day to take a look. He was very responsive via text and provided an immediate quote after I sent photos of the issue. The repair required a specific 1-inch PEX joint that can be difficult to find, but Ribbs Plumbing had the necessary supplies on hand and was able to complete the repair efficiently.
We use David and Chris for all of our plumbing jobs. They do amazing work for us from small plumbing leaks to a large copper pipe upgrade. They handled the jobs professionally and quickly regardless of how big or small the project is. They also installed a smart water meter to our water main. I highly recommend them for any job! They take great care to keep everything clean in the house while they’re working and they are very fair with pricing. We won’t use anybody but them. So if you’ve got a plumbing issue, call them and you won’t be disappointed!
