Hired through Lowe's for a hwh replacement. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a plumber in my over 50 years of home ownership and construction management. It took them almost two weeks to complete the project, which should have taken two days at most. The installers came unprepared to complete the installation. Wrong-sized pan, no CPVC or PVC with them for the pressure relief or pan draining, lacking appropriate tools to drill through stucco, left the jobsite a mess the 4 or 5 times they came to work. I had to call them multiple times to get them to complete the job properly. And much more. VERY poor communicators and abysmal problem solvers. I would highly recommend that if you want your job done right, you get someone else. Lowes did a good job of trying to resolve things, but the plumbers are horrific and did not take responsibility for their poor, pathetic performance on this job. If you are assigned to this company through Lowe's, I recommend you ask for a different contractor. Otherwise, stay away from them for your own good.
Was assigned this company through Lowe's to get a toilet installed. It has been MONTHS and I still have no toilet. They continuously cancel, shift, and cannot even manage to pick up a toilet on their own from Lowe's. They are terrible communicators and very unprofessional. I am beyond frustrated and will never again use them or the Lowe's installation service.
The crew that showed up for my water heater replacement were professional, quick with their work, and demonstrated clear knowledge of the process and code requirements. My water heater was the original from when my house was built in 2004, so I know it was 20+ years of use. The new water heater was placed with attention to accessibility for the controls as my rolling tool chest sits next to it and blocked the original heater controls. This added thought by the crew is greatly appreciated. Additional grounding wire and a new gas valve were also required since 2004 and both were installed quickly and skillfully. I watched the entire operation from across the garage. I am happy to recommend Rite Rooter Plumbing based on my experience. I will add that I ordered the water heater and installation through Lowe's, and the entire experience was very easy.

Very bad follow-up - both Rite Rooter and Lowes have stopped communicating about getting me a permit for my new water heater that should have been issued 4 months ago!
