Clavey from Rock Solid Drains came out to work on a slow draining kitchen sink. He kept after the problem and finally discovered the issue in an unusual spot. He was determined to get the issue fixed and had a great attitude about his work, you can tell he likes his job and helping people out, as his work ethic was exemplary. It was all done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this business for any drain line/ plumbing issue you may have. They are an upstanding business in our community.
I live in a 100 year old house and some of my exterior pipes are just as old. I've been aware that some of the pipes would need replacing, well the day arrived. My toilet started acting up and I knew that there had to be an issue that needed to be addressed. I called Solid Rock Drains, because they have been my go to for at least the last 6 years. I expressed my concerns to Casey and within 1 hour John was here evaluating the problem. He first jetted the pipes and then ran the camera which showed evidence of a leaky old pipe. I was given a reasonable estimate to have the old pipe removed with new pipe and John and his crew were at my house within 1 hour to do the work. When I arrived home that evening I couldn't even tell that any work had even been performed because it was so clean and orderly, the only evidence I had was the multiple photos that I was sent showing the stages of the repair. I'm very impressed with Rock Solid Drains, their expertise, professionalism, quality workmanship and prompt service. I highly recommend their services.

Rock Solid Drains replaced our clay sewer pipe that was seperating, with a plastic pipe that will be good forever. No more clean outs. The Crew, Edgar, and Erick were great.
